    comfortable beds
    complimentary water
    poor internet

The room had comfortable beds. Complimentary water and glasses in the room added a nice touch to the stay.

The internet connection in my room was pathetic, forcing me to rely on my friends' stronger signals. The pillows seemed like lumps of fabric, significantly impacting comfort, and the absence of fridges or tea/coffee facilities in the room was disappointing. The family room was poorly designed with cramped conditions and an uncomfortable sofa bed accommodating three separate levels.

The breakfast buffet was very good. All the hotel staff was pleasant and very helpfull. Great setup of the family room. Free Wi-Fi internet connection in the room.

No restaurant or minibar. Room housekeeping was not great. No disabled access to the breakfast restaurant. No 24 hours hotel reception service.

Perfect room, perfect staff. Very clean and not expensive. Well located in the pedestrian streets.

No car parking in the hotel, although one public available in the nearby. Free from 18h until 9h in the morning. Not easy to locate since at the beginning of a pedestrian street.

    damaged facilities

The hotel staff were extraordinarily cute and provided all the necessary check-in information expertly.

The bathroom sink in my room had noticeable cracks, which detracted from the overall feel of the space.

The rooms were spotless and the beds very, very comfy. Breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect, right in the center of town.

Somehow, the room we reserved (family) was double booked. They tried to put us on a large suite with four beds, we clearly didnt want that, so, we complained and they gave us two separate rooms. Rather inconvenient, considering our kids are on the young side, but it was that or drive back home. Not very nice to book a room over a month in advance just to find out it was actually up for grabbers :(

Modern place, I appreciated amicable personnel.

Location: the hotel was really close to pedestrian area, monorail and the shopping center. Fast food restaurant Food Brother was located 5 minutes walk away. The room I got was modern and huge. The breakfast had plenty of fresh options, and was rich and good...

located in the city center, yet quit. nice room, much light, very good breakfast, clean. Nice staff. Modern.

The single room is claustrophobically small. Not possible to be in the room except for sleeping.

    excellent value
    friendly reception
    clean rooms
    internet issues

Paid just £100 per night during the euros, which reminded me of a steal compared to nearby hotels charging much more. The reception staff greeted me warmly, supplying all necessary check-in information, especially about night access. Room layout was basic but clean and spacious. The comfy twin beds helped ensure a good night's sleep. Nice touch with free water and glasses provided in the room. Breakfast at €20 per person seemed overpriced, so I opted to explore nearby dining options instead. While hot dishes during breakfast could have been warmer and the buffet appeared a bit unhygienic at times, I appreciated the prompt help from staff when facing a late arrival. The location was superb, close to the Wuppertal Schwebebahn, providing easy access to local attractions. Internet connectivity issues were frustrating, hindering my ability to stay connected. While the hotel suits a short stay during a big event, improvements in communication and breakfast quality could elevate the experience further.
